Explore the art of image transfers in this advanced gel printing class! Students will start with a provided photo, transferring it onto their gel plate to create a unique foundation. Through reverse painting, they'll enhance the image with depth, color, and personal expression. By the end, each student will have a finished piece blending photographic detail with gel printing’s spontaneity. Note: Students must have a basic knowledge in gel printing.

Using the gel plate students will create these lovely cards that are perfect for any occasion. Together we will explore how the gel plate printing process works and conclude by creating botanic inspired prints which are inserted into pre-made folded cards (envelopes and cards included).

Combining bookbinding techniques with a gel plate, students will design and print a unique cover before constructing a simple art journal from scratch. Along the way, they’ll explore layering, texture, and composition to create visually rich surfaces. By the end of the course, each student will leave with a finished, one-of-a-kind journal and the skills to continue creating at home.

Using provided gel plates, brayers, and acrylic paint, students will learn how to build layers of color, texture, and pattern to create a unique landscape print. Through a series of simple printing techniques, participants will explore composition and creativity while producing a one-of-a-kind artwork.

Discover creative approaches to the image transfer in this hands-on workshop. Students will explore several techniques for transferring inkjet images onto different surfaces and substrates such as paper and wood. Each student will take home a finishe art piece on a 6×9 cradle board.
